3/4 C Butter
1 1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/4 teas Salt
1 teas Cider Vinegar
2 T water
1/2 teas vanilla/almond

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy 2 qt pan melt butter, add sugar, salt, vinegar and water. Stir over med. heat until sugar is dissolved & begins boiling. Cook, stirring frequently until 260º. Sit continuously to 300º. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour onto butter cookie sheet. Spread with chocolate and sprinkle nuts on top. as soon as possilbe flip it over and do the same. Break when cool. yum.
