Prepared mashed potatoes
Chicken breast either fried or baked
Gravy
Biscuit dough

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mashed potatoes in the bottom of a buttered glass baking dish. Cut prepared chicken breast - or any chicken parts preferred - into bite sized pieces and spread evenly over potatoes. Cover with gravy. Top casserole with spoonfuls of biscuit dough. Bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes or until heated through and biscuits browned to taste.

Casseroles and stews are a great way to use leftovers and this recipe gives a leftover chicken dinner new life covered with fresh biscuits. If you're in a hurry use canned biscuits, but biscuit dough is quick to prepare.
