- 2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 c. Oats; Quick Cooking
- 1/2 c. Dairy Sour Cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese; Grated
- 1 1/2 oz. Onion Soup Mix; 1 pk
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Large Eggs, Beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook and stir the meat in a large skillet until the meat is brown
2. Drain off the excess fat
3. Stir in the soup mix, oats and water
4. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
5. Stir in the sour cream and eggs
6. Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet then sprinkle the cheese over the top
7. Cover and simmer until set, about 5 minutes
8. Serve with catsup, if desired.

This is not your typical meat loaf recipe. In fact, it is basically a skillet of hamburger. However, once you try it, I think it will become a regular substitute for normal meatloaf.
