1 can Vegeburger (1 lb.)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar Ragu (or ?) 12 to 16 oz.
12 oz. corn (1 - 2 cans)
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 (16 oz.) bag of egg noodles
2 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can olives, sliced
salt or garlic salt, to taste

Saute chopped onions. Add vegeburger, stir. Add tomato sauce, corn, salt, and let simmer. Boil noodles for 10 minutes. Drain, add to sauce. Pour into 9 x 12 pan.

For the cheese sauce: melt margarine, stir in flour, add milk slowly, stirring. When it starts to thicken, add cheese. Pour over casserole, top with sliced olives. Bake about 30 - 40 minutes at 350. Serves 6-8 people.
