1 8 or 9-inch baked pie shell
2 T. sugar
1 l/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. water
4 eggs (separated)

Directions:
Prepare pie shell. In top double-boiler, combine chocolate, sugar and 1/4 c. water. cook over hot water, stirring until lthe chocolate melts. Remove mixture from heat and let cool slightly, add egg yolks. Stir until well-combined. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into the chocolate mixture and turn into the pie shell. Refrigerate until well-chilled (at least six hours).

Serve with whipped cream.
