1 Graham Cracker Pie Shell
I can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup lemon juice ( concentrate)
1 egg yolk
Dash Lemon Extract

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour inro the pie shell. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. See recipe for Lemon Icebox meringue for an alternate topping.
Chill in refriegrator for 3 to 4 hours.
