Personal Notes:
This is the best recipe I can find for Pasta e Fagioli. Courtesy of David Rosengarten from the food network. My father would make Pasta e Fagioli at Patuxent Dry Cleaners at lunch time. He would go to the grocery store next store and buy the ingredients. You could smell the aroma of this dish throughout the shopping center. I don't know how he made his, but to me it was THEE best I've ever had! Still to this day I can't duplicate it. Nice job, Dad! You've got me stumped.
