4 medium potatoes, cooked
1 c. sour cream
4 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
After boiling the potatoes in their jackets, peel and cool. Shred the potatoes and combine with sour cream, onions and 3/4 cup of cheese, with seasonings. Turn into a buttered casserole dish, sprinke with paprika and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes.
Serves 4-6.
