3 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sour cream
2 - 15 oz. cans cream style corn
1 stick butter
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in mixer until lemon color and frothy. Add cornmeal, sugar, oil, sour cream beating well. Blend in corn. Pour in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º until done,. Cream the butter and honey and spread on hot corn bread pudding. This should be of a consistency of spoon bread and may be served with a large spoon.
