1 c grits
4 c. boiling water
1 t. salt
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
Milk (add to eggs to make 1 cup)

Directions:
Cook grits as directed on box. Add butter and cheese. stirring until melted. Blend in milk and egg mixture. Place in a buttered casserole and bake at 325º for 45 mins.
