1 pound fish fillets
2 tablespoons cornmeal
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Move oven rack to position slightly above the middle of oven. Heat oven to 500°. Generously grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
Cut fish fillets into 2 x 1 1/2 -inch pieces. Mix cornmeal, bread crumbs, salt, paprika, dill weed and pepper. Dip fish into milk; coat with cornmeal mixture.
Place fish in baking dish. Drizzle margarine over fish. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
