1 pound flounder or other lean fish fillets
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 cup finely crushed corn chips
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Move oven rack to position slightly above the middle of oven. Heat oven to 500°. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces; pat dry. Mix sour cream, lemon juice and chili powder. Dip fish into sour cream mixture; coat with chips. Place in baking dish. Drizzle margarine over fish. Bake uncovered 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
