Lemon-Chive Butter:
1/4 cup(1/2 stick) margarine or butter, melted
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Fish:
1 1/2 pounds haddock fillets each
1/2 to 3/4 inch thick

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Lemon-Chive Butter; reserve half. Cover and grill fish fillets about 4 inches from medium coals 15 to 25 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining Lemon-Chive Butter, until fish flakes easily with fork. Cut into serving pieces. Top with reserved Lemon-Chive Butter.

Lemon-Chive Butter:
Mix all ingredients.
