1 pound haddock fillets, each 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons frozen (thawed)
lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish fillets in glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove fish from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill fish about 4 inches from medium coals 12 to 20 minutes, turning once and brushing 2 or 3 times with marinade, until fish flakes easily with fork. Cut into serving pieces. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs if desired.
