2 packages 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 8 oz. Cracker Barrel Cheese (shredded)
1 T. onion
1 T. pimento
1 T. worcheshire sauce
pinch cayenne pepper
1 t. lemon juice


1-1 1/2 c crushed pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans. With your hands, mix well and form a ball. Let set in refrigerator several hours and then roll in crushed pecans.

This was one of mother's favorites for Christmas night when she would serve any where from 15-25 people buffet-style. In her little house, that was a lot of people!
