4 eggs
1 c sugar
2 c thick stewed apples.

Strain apples through colander. Beat eggs lightly, mix with apples. Flavor with nutmeg; add milk and sugar. Enough for 2 pies.

This recipe gives no baking instructions, but with the eggs and milk not cooked, it should be poured in 2 unbaked pie shells and probably baked as a custard pie - 50 - 60 minutes. Take a chance and watch it closely in the oven.
