3 medium size avocados
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans bean dip
1 large bunch green onioins, chopped with tops
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 cans ripe olives, chopped
1 pkg. sharp shredded cheese
tortilla chips

Directions:

Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonaise and seasoning. Spread bean dip in platter. Top with avocado, layer with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover this with cheese. Serve chilled or room temperature.
