3 egg whites
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 c graham cracker crumbs
1 c finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites. Slowly add remaining ingredients. Pour into well greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Do not overbake. Top with whipped cream.

Mom copied this recipe from the Workbasket issue January 1984. I don't recall this pie, but for Mom to take the effort to hand copy this to a card must mean it was deemed worthy of space in her file.
