1-1/2 c all purpose flour
6 Tbsp cooking oil
1 c sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 c cold water
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into an un-greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix well. Make 3 holes in the mixture. Put cooking oil in one hole, vinegar in another and vanilla in third. Pour water over all. Stir until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
