Banana-Raisen Bread Recipe

3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teapoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 teapoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisens

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil loaf pan.
Mash the bananas snd mix with the honey, ccanola oil and
vanilla extract. Sir together the whole wheat pastry flour,
baking soda and salt. Add nuts and raisens. Blend the two
ingredients and spoon into loaf pan. Bake 30-45 minutes until
