3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 T poppy seeds
1 1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp butter extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine dry ingredients. With mixer, combine oil, milk, eggs, sugar and the extracts. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in 2 loaf pans or 1 bundt pan for 50-60 minutes.

Another variation is to simmer 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp almond extract and 1/2 tsp butter extract. Poke holes in the bread before it cools and pour mixture over the top. Yum!
