1 brisket (trimmed or untrimmed)
1 bottle Liquid Smoke
Worchestershire Sauce
Tabasco Sauce
Minced Garlic (the kind in a jar versus fresh or dried)
Lemon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub garlic on the meat side of the brisket if untrimmed. If untrimmed, place brisket fat side up in pan. For a brisket over 5 lbs, use the entire bottle of Liquid Smoke (under 5 lbs use half the bottle). Sprinkle the brisket liberally with Worchestershire sauce and lemon pepper. Add couple teaspoons of Tabasco Sauce on the meat.

Cook in a slow oven (275º) from 4 to 6 hours.

** Using an untrimmed brisket is cheaper and it keeps the meat moist. Figure on 1/3 of it being wasted in the form of fat.
