Tortilla Soup Recipe

2 cans chicken broth
1 1/2 diced cooked chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon Emeril's Southwest seasoning
2 cups broken corn tortilla chips
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tomato chopped
sour cream
cubbed avocado

In a Dutch Oven, stir together the chicken broth, onion, gree
chiles and Emeril's Southwest Seasoning. Bring soup to boil
and simmer about 10 minutes. Serve soup in individual bowls.
Add a small handful of chips. Sprinkle with cheese and dollop
of sour cream and avocado.
