1/ 3 cup shortening
2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour with a pastry blender until mixutre is
crumbled. Add milk and cheese, stirring with fork. Knead
dough on floured surface.
Roll or pat dough into little balls on a ungreaded baking sheet.
Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
