1 lb. cooked macaroni, drained and cooled
2 tsp mustard
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup celery, chopped
2 tsp pimento, chopped
2 Tbls onion
3 tsp sweet pickles
salt & pepper to taste
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs. chopped
paprika

Cook the macaroni until tender but firm. Combine rest of ingredients except the eggs and paprika in a large bowl. Mix well. Add macaroni. Toss together well. Mix eggs in gently. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill for one hour or more.

My mother always liked to put paprika on anything that was predominently white or cream color (baked goods an exception). She said it kept them from looking bland.
