1 4 ounce jar dried beef
1 tbls flour
1 tbls butter
1 1/2 cups milk
4 slices toasted bread

Directions:
Directions:
Run water over dried beef to wash much of the salt off it. Paper towel dry; chop beef into small pieces. Put in a sauce pan and sprinkle with flour. Stir in butter and mix thoroughly, cooking flour slightly. Add milk and stir until hot and thick. Serve on toast.
