1 large wheel of brie cheese (of the best quality)
3-4 oz. smoked salmon or lox
1 bunch dill

Directions:
Directions:
Slice brie in half horizontally with warm knife. Layer
salmon and chopped dill on one half. Top with other
half of brie. Sprinkle chopped dill over entire outer
surface of brie. Wrap back up in original wrapper or
plastic wrap and let sit up to an hour. Unwrap and
serve on a pretty platter with a sliced baguette or
crackers.
