2 1/2 c. canned sweet potatoes
1 T. butter
1/2 t. ground cloves
1/2 t. ground nutmeg
1/2 t. allspice
orange juice concentrate to taste
marshmellows

Sauce:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mash sweet potatoes well with
butter and spices. Add orange juice to taste. Place in a
round casserole dish. Make a well in center. Place
marshmellows around well. Brown lightly in oven. Mix
sauce ingredients in double boiler, adding bourbon
last. Cook until thickened. Pour into well. Serve
immediately.
