3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
10 slices ginger root
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 T. cornstarch mixed with 1 1/2 c. water
orange slices
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken skin side up in shallow dish. Mix
orange juice, soy sauce and brown sugar. Pour over
chicken. Sprinkle ginger root and celery over top.
Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes. Stir cornstarch mixture
into juices. (Remove chicken first.) Put chicken skin
side down back in dish. Bake 10 minutes longer.
Garnish with orange slices and parsley.

Serve with rice and brocolli, with sauce spooned over.
