Grind together:
1 pound smoked ham
1 pound lean pork
Add:
1 egg
1 c cracker crumbs
1/2 c tomato sauce
1/2 c milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix one big loaf, two small loaves or individual loaves.

Sauce: 1 c brown sugar, 1/3 c vinegar, 2 T Coleman's dry mustard, 1/2 c water. Boil 3 minutes. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Baste often.

The Allspach siblings would get together often throughout the year for birthday and holiday celebrations. One such family meal at the Richter home resulted in high compliments from Mom about the delicious ham loaf Aunt Louise prepared. This is it!
