2 T. butter
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C. mild vinegar
2 C. cubed canned or cooked beets

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter: add cornstarch, sugar and salt:Blend
Add vinegar: cook until thick.
Add beets: heat thoroughly. Serve
