4 chicken breasts, halved & deboned
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (16oz) can sauerkraut, drained well
8 slices Natural Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cup Thousand Island Salad Dressing
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsely (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In greased baking dish, place chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken: top with Swiss cheese. Pour salad dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 325º oven for about 1 1/2 hrs or until fork inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle with chopped parsely to serve.
