2 tbsp. cocoa
5 tsp. hot water
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. powdered sugar--sifted if lumpy
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve cocoa in hot water. Add oil, then powdered sugar. Stir. If needed, add more sugar to thicken or water to thin to desired consistency. Spoon over cake.
