8 slices of bread (cubed without crust)
3/4 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 lb. link sausage (brown & slice)
4 eggs
2-1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Put cubed bread in casserole dish. Add grated cheese, arrange sausage on top of cheese. Mix beaten eggs with mustard and 1 c. of milk & pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, dilute soup with 1/4 c. of milk and pour over casserole.

Bake 1 hr. at 350º. Let stand for 5 min.
