3 Tbsp. dry yeast
1 cup warm water
12 cups of flour to start
1 Tbsp. salt
3 cups of sugar
12 eggs well beaten
1 pint lukewarm milk
1 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Add 1 tsp. sugar to proof and set aside. Sift flour and salt, set aside. Mix the sugar, eggs and butter and add it to the yeast mixture with 1 pint of lukewarm milk. Mix in the flour. Knead well. Transfer dough to a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Divide the dough, put into bread pans, cover and rise again. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
