4 chicken breast (cooked & chopped)
10 oz bag corn chips
1 onion (lg. chopped)
4 T margarine
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C hot pepper cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt. casserole bowl layer chicken & chips. In skillet brown onions in margarine; add Ro-Tel with juices & soups. Stir in cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Pour half mixture over chips and chicken. Add another layer of each. Bake at 350º 20 minutes or until heated through.
