1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 can cherry pie filling
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup marshmallows
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Freeze. Let set at room terperature 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
