4 C. Apples, peeled and chopped, ( not to fine )
2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs, Beaten
1 C. Wesson Oil
2 1/2 C. Flour
2 t. soda
1 tsp. salt
1-2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1 C. chopped pecans

Mix and let stand 30 minutes the first 4 ingredients, ( apples, sugar, eggs, and wesson oil)
Sift together and pour into apple mixture; flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and pecans.
Stir and mix well. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
Mix 1C. powdered sugar and juice of 1 lemon together, pour over hot cake
