18 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. bacon
3/4 roll sausage
1 pkg. colby/monterey jack cheese
1 pkg. mixed shredded cheese
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 green pepper
1/2 white onion
1 pkg. hashbrowns

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Fry sausage and bacon in separate pans. Pour half grease out of bacon and use to fry hashbrowns. Use 1/2 of mixture of green pepper and onions for hashbrowns and fry. Melt 3 T of real butter in bottom of pan and coat sides. Wisk eggs with 1/4 c. milk. Pour in pan. Spread meats, mushrooms, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, 1 pkg. shredded cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in oven and bake for about 10 min. until edges are set and middle is still liquid. Spread hashbrown mixture over eggs and turn over eggs. Turn oven to 425º and finish cooking until eggs are set. Pull casserole out of oven and spread last pkg of cheese on hot casserole and let melt then serve.
