4 cups crumbled cornbread
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup turkey or chicken broth
1 c. turkey drippings (or 3/4 c. additonal broth plus 1/4 c. melted butter)
1 T sugar
add sage to taste

Mix cornbread with celery and onion in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, broth, drippings, & sugar. Pour into a greased 2 qt. baking dish and bake 20 min. until it is set but not dry.
