Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter
4 to 6 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 c. parmesan cheese (grated)
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 box pre-packaged meatballs (heat & serve)
1 pkg. "No Yolk" egg noodles.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Add garlic and let simmer for 3 min. Add 1 cup heavy cream, use a wisk to blend butter & heavy cream. *(At this time you can add black pepper if you want)* Let simmer for 5 min. Shake in 3/4 cup parmesan cheese & stir with wisk until no large lumps remain. *(Now at this stage you have made a basic alfredo sauce)* Let simmer 5 min. Add 16 oz. tomato sauce, blend well. *(Add your spices to sauce at this stage-basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, or whatever you like, I just use the first 3)* Mix and let simmer 3 min. Add 3/4 cup of the can of tomato paste. *(If you add the whole can the sauce will be too thick)* Use wisk to blend paste into sauce. Cook meat balls and cut up into 1/4 size chunks. Add to sauce. Cook noodles, drain and pour sauce over noodles in large pan or bowl. Mix in bowl to ensure all noodles are covered evenly. Serve & enjoy.
