2 strip lean bacon (crisp)
1 - 16oz. can refried beans (plain)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 taco seasoning
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. guacamole (frozen or perpared is fine)
1/3 c. diced Romano tomato
1 T fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
2 T sliced black olives
2 T green onions (finely sliced)

Dice and fry bacon until crisp, add refried beans and cool slowly, stir frequently until the bacon dripping and bacon are well blended with the beans.
Remove from heat. In seperate bowl mix taco seasoning with sour cream and set aside. To build 9 layer dip, place ingredients in this order:

1. Place refried beans w/bacon on serving platter spread out to 1- 1 1/2 inch thick
2. 1/2 c shredded cheese
3. 1/2 sour cream
4. 3/4 c guacamole
5. diced tomatoes
6. diced cilantro
7. black olives
8. sliced green onions
9. 1/4 c cheese for garnish

Serve with corn chips.
