1 c sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 c sliced peeled fresh peaches
I use about 8 c of peaches
Topping:
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 tsp baking power
1 tsp salt
1 egg beaten
Ice cream optional

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine sugar, flour and cinnamon add peaches stir to coat. Pour into greased 11 x 7 x 2 pan or round quiche pan works really well too. For topping combine sugar; flour; baking powder and salt, cut in butter until mixture resembles crumbs. Stir in beaten egg. Spoon over peaches. Bake 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until topping are golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
