1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded thin.
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce or homemade spaghetti sauce.
3/4 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
3 3/4 c. 96 oz.) egg noodles, uncooked

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees; dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.
2. In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken.
3. Cook on both sides until lightly browned; drain on paper towels.
4. Pour 1/2 c. sauce in 8 in. square baking dish.
5. Layer chicken in dish; pour 3/4 c. sauce evenly over chicken.
6. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
7. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package, drain.
8. Heat remaining sauce.
9. Place noodles on serving platter; spoon suace over noodles.
10. Arrange chicken pieces on top.
