2 small - Green Granny Smith Apples
2 small - Red (Rome) Apples
2 Grilled Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 cups - Hellman's Manoynaise
1 cup - Red or Black seedless grapes
2 TBSP - Dill Weed
1 tsp - salt
1 tsp - pepper
Homemade Bread (loaf) and/or Flat Buns
1 small bag of Alfalfa or Bean Sprouts
2 medium Tomatoes

ººººGrill Chicken and let cool. Then debone the Chicken Breasts and add to a large bowl. Finely chop the apples and add to bowl. Slice Grapes into 3 slices each grape and add to bowl. Mix in Mayonaise, and spices. Put it into the Refrigator for 2-3 hours. Make sandwiches with the Chicken Salad, slice of tomato, and sprouts to top.

HINT: Cut the top off of a tomato, and scoup the insides out with a spoon. Fill with Chicken Salad, and sprouts on top. Great Appetizers!
