1 lb ham bacon or sausage
6 slices thinly sliced french bread, cubed
2 cups milk
6 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat Cook meat of choice over medium heat, cutting into bite size pieces.

Beat eggs and add milk and salt.

Place bread cubes into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with meat of choice and cheese , then cover with egg misture.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking 5 – 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

Cut into single serving size, place on shallow aluminum dish, cover with foil and allow to freeze overnight.

Stack servings with wax paper between each serving and place in freezer bag.

To re-heat, place on microwave safe plate and heat 1 – 2 minutes or until done.
