4 eggs
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups milk
8 slices french bread

Directions:
Directions:
Allow french bread to sit for 1 - 2 days. You want bread dry but not hard.

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla and milk in a large bowl. Dip each bread slice in mixture, aloowing it to soak up the mixture.

Place bread in greased skillet over medium heat until brown. Turn.

Set on plate and allow to cool. Place slices of french toast, with wax paper between each slice, in a 1 gallon freezer bag. Place in freezer.

To warm, remove desired amount of slices and place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on high 1 - 2 minutes or until warm.
