3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon each: salt and almond extract
3/4 cup orange juice
12 slices white bread

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with sugar, salt and extract. Beat in orange juice. Grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x l-inch (jellyroll) pan. Dip bread in egg mixture and arrange in pan. Pour any remaining egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 450 or 500 degrees. Bake 7 minutes or until golden on top. Turn bread and bake 7 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
