3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 tube of Towne House crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread chicken in 9x13 pan.
Mix sour cream, both soups, lemon juice & poppy seeds. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top of soup mixture, then crushed crackers.
Drizzle butter over crackers.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes
