1 low fat graham cracker ready pie curst
14 oz. low fat sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. fat free egg substitute
1/2 c. fresh lime juice from Key Limes
8 oz. low fat cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Whisk together condensed milk, egg substitue and lime juice. Pour into crust.
Place crust on cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes, until center looks set but quivery (like jello).
Cool on rack then refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
